If you are like me and very into everything self-help, you are going to love my New Year’s Resolutions tracker. You can honestly use it for any goal you set throughout the year but I designed it to help you keep yourself accountable throughout the year.
Typically when I set New Year’s Resolutions, I write them down somewhere where I will see them every day and try to follow them throughout the year. But what I realized was that I never really reflected throughout the year to see what I could be doing to actually follow through with my resolution all year long.
This year I decided to make a New Year’s Resolution tracker to help keep myself accountable all year long. There are quarterly check-ins so you can see what you are doing to keep yourself accountable all year long. There is also a section where you can write down things that you can improve on to work towards your New Year’s resolutions.
If you’re not sure what kind of new year’s resolutions to make this year, just remember less is more and try to make goals that are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Based).
So for 2020 my New Year’s Resolutions are:
- Save an extra $500 per month, a total of $6,000 a year, towards my rainy day fund
- Be more active by working out at least 4 times a week
I’m still working on another one around learning and reading but haven’t finalized it yet.
