ICYMI on Instagram, I finished my second round of Prolon! I plan on updating my original post (you can read that here) but this round was different than my first. My worst day was on Day 4 this time and I was also on my period so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it too. I am going to do a third round in the next month then do ti once every six months. While I am not a fan of Prolon when I’m doing it, I love how I feel after.
