Since it is June that means it’s officially summer, right? As an adult, summer really isn’t as fun as it used to be since there is no such thing as summer break anymore. Thankfully for most of the summer, I will be at home, not traveling. I have spent half of the last two months traveling and as I am writing this, I am currently in San Diego, CA. I am working on some blog posts from my travels, including a post about my favorite sweet spots to hit while you’re in New York City so keep an eye out for that! In the meantime, enjoy this month’s wallpapers!
I have been doing some thinking and need your opinion! I currently create my wallpaper post usually on the last day of the month so when it’s the first of the new month, new wallpapers are up. What I have come to find is that some websites don’t publish their wallpapers until the first or after the first of the month, which means that I missing lots of great wallpapers on my monthly post! Sometimes I remember to add new wallpapers after I publish but let’s be honest, life gets in the way so I forget to do this most of the time. With that being said, would you all prefer me to wait until there are more wallpapers (most likely I would post on the third of the month) or keep posting on the first of the month?
Also, if you haven’t found the perfect gift for Mother’s Day, check out my DIY Mug. Not only is it affordable but it’s super easy to make! I’m in New York City so if you have any recommendations or must do’s for the city, comment them below! Don’t forget to follow my travels on Instagram!
Happy Easter! This year I decided to make some cute Easter treats for work and for Easter brunch, check them out on my Instagram, @blazersandbluejeans! They were super easy to make and were a huge hit! I also tried the Bone Broth Diet recently, feel free to read about that experience here. I am currently working on an overview of the Bone Broth Diet, as well as a comparison of The Whole30, Bone Broth Diet, and 21 Day Fix, so stay tuned!
I will be traveling to St. Louis, Missouri at the end of the month and also hopefully to New York in May so if there are any must dos or eats in those places, please comment below!! I hope you all have an awesome April!
How is it already March? I feel like January went by super slow and February just flew by! Here are my wallpaper picks for March. There’s lots of green (for St. Patrick’s Day obviously) and floral, groundbreaking (Devil Wears Prada reference.) Don’t forget to check out my St. Patrick’s Day Treats post with some cute and easy St. Patrick’s Day themed treats!
Happy February! I know I say this every month but, January flew by. It seems like Christmas was just last week. I hope you all are sticking to your new year’s resolutions, I have for the most part. I completed the 21 Day Bone Broth Diet this past week (stay tuned for my diet diary and review next week!) and started listening to audiobooks on my work commute and let me tell you, GAME CHANGER. Now I actually don’t mind sitting in traffic!
Enjoy my wallpaper picks for February and if you haven’t read my Guys and Gals Valentine’s Day Gift Guide, check it out!
I hope everyone had a safe and exciting new years! #NewYearNewMe, am I right? I swear these last few weeks have been nothing short of a binge eating marathon. I gained 5 pounds in December, oops. And now, I must be accountable for eating all of those delicious Christmas cookies and skipping all those trips to the gym.
But don’t worry, I make being healthier is one of my new year’s resolutions every year. If you made new years resolutions, check out this blog post with tips on how to keep your resolutions all year long. With the exception of falling off the healthy wagon in December, I actually kept 4/5 resolutions last year.
Other than being healthier, I have three other resolutions: live with less, save money, and blog more. I hope to blog at least twice a month so stay tuned! In the meantime, enjoy January’s wallpapers!
How is it December already? How is Christmas only 25 days away? More importantly, how is 2018 only 31 days away?! This year, like almost every year, has flown by. I heard a quote once, the days are long but the years are short, and I could not agree more. This year I started a new job (which I love, most days anyway), my sweet pup got Therapy Dog certified, I got to travel across the US, and I got to see snow (a big deal for this Florida girl). I am so thankful for the great year I had and hope that 2018 will be even better.
For Thanksgiving, I made my cookie butter pie and it was a huge hit. Check out my recipe here and make it this holiday season, did I mention you don’t have to bake it? If you are big into new years resolutions, check out my post from last year, 6 Tips to Keep Your New Years Resolutions All Year Long. These tips will help you keep yourself accountable so you can be one step closer to the person you want to be.
Happy Holidays everyone!
