My favorite time of the year is here! I am obsessed with everything Fall, from pumpkins to the smell of cinnamon to the sweater weather and everything in between! One of my favorite things about fall is the fashion. I am not even joking when I say I own over ten pairs of boots and I live in Florida where boot season is only like a month long. You get to wear the cutest clothes like plaid scarfs, chunky sweaters, and wide-brimmed hats. In this blog post, I’m going to show you some of my favorite fall maxi dresses and accessories!
FALL MAXI DRESSES
One item I love to wear, especially during fall are maxi dresses. Since they are longer than regular dresses, they keep your legs warm when the temperature starts to get cooler. Plus you can wear them with booties, mules, and even loafers. My maxi dress above was from the Who What Wear collection at Target and I am obsessed with it. I got it earlier this year so it’s not available anymore but here are some of my favorite maxi dresses for fall.
FALL SHOES FOR MAXI DRESSES
I paired my fall maxi dress with some black Sam Edelman mules. I got them at Dillards but you can only buy them directly at SamEdelman.com. They are soooo comfortable and you can wear them with dresses or even jeans. Here are some of my favorite booties, loafers, and mules to pair with a maxi dress.
FALL ACCESSORIES FOR MAXI DRESSES
I also love to accessorize maxi dresses. You can easily make it a day look with a wool wide-brimmed hat and tortoise shell shades and then turn it into a night look with a faux leather vest and dark red lip. I added a black wool wide-brimmed hat to my fall maxi dress and made it look more fall. Here are some of my favorite accessories that are perfect for any fall maxi dress.
What’s your favorite way to accessorize a maxi dress?
Valentine’s Day is a tricky holiday. Maybe you aren’t dating anyone so you despise the holiday or maybe you are single AF or maybe you’re broke from the holidays. If you’re anything like me, you love all holidays, even the stupid made up ones, and will find any excuse to buy that important person in your life gifts. Even when my close girlfriends weren’t dating anyone I would still buy them a sweet gift because who needs a man?!
Here are some of my favorite Valentines Day gift ideas. Spend as little as $10 or as much as a couple hundred, there’s something for every budget! Don’t forget to check out my blog post on cute DIY Valentine’s Day Cards. They are super simple and are sure to put a smile on any face. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Springtime is in full bloom and Easter is right around the corner! I repeat, Easter is right around the corner! Aside from the awful pollen and allergies, I love spring. I love color, all of the flowers and especially all of the seasonal fruit. I have a recipe for a lemon berry tiramisu that is out of this world. The lemon and berries pair so well together and it has such a light and refreshing taste to it compared to traditional tiramisu, which I also love to make. (If you need some baking inspiration for Easter, check out my 10 Easter Themed Deserts)
But lets focus on the task at hand, Easter attire. I have found 16 gorgeous dresses in lots of spring colors and patterns that would be perfect for Easter. Lauren Conrad just released a new line called Dress Up Shop and so many of her dresses are perfect for spring. I added some of my favorites below but if you want to check out her entire line, click here! Happy shopping! Ah Valentines Day, the holiday that everyone loves to hate. If you’re solo, you hate Valentines Day because it just reminds you that you’re alone, as if you didn’t already know. But if you have arm candy, you love Valentines Day because you get showered with presents and affection. I personally don’t care for Valentines Day but, who doesn’t love getting presents?! I love getting presents almost as much as I love giving them. Before I started dating my current boyfriend, I used to buy Valentines Day gifts for my gal pals because why not! We don’t need a man to feel wonderful and loved, #GIRLPOWER!
I put together a Valentines Day gift guide to help you find that perfect gift. Whether you’re shopping for your dude or your bestest gal pal, I’ve got you covered! The Edwin Jagger Nickel Double-Edge Razor Gift Set and Vintage Map of the Moon are two of my favorites for your main man. When it comes to your bestest gal pal, you can’t go wrong with some Sugarfina Champagne Gummy Bears and a Sephora Face Mask. Happy Valentines Day!

Every year Pantone releases a color of the year that is a reflection of what is taking place in our culture. Current fashion trends and consumer attitudes are two of the many factors they look at when selecting a color. For 2016 Pantone released two colors, Rose Quartz and Serenity. Rose Quartz which is a soft rose tone that represents composure and Serenity which is reflective of the calm blue sky above us. Together these colors bring both calm tranquility and inner peace, something Pantone felt like consumers were looking for.
There is no better time to be wearing these shades than during the spring season which is often paired with soft and pastel hues. Here is some outfit inspiration to show you how to wear Rose Quartz and Serenity.
