Free April 2023 Wallpapers - Blazers and Blue Jeans

Happy April! Before I share the free April 2023 wallpapers, there are a couple of updates I wanted to share with you all! First, ICYMI there have been a ton of memes from the Gwenyth Paltrow ski trial and she mentioned something about drinking bone broth daily. That might be the only thing Gwenyth and I have in common. I have been drinking bone broth daily for close to ten years now and I would like to think it has done wonders for my body including stronger hair, skin and nails, staying fuller longer because of the high protein content, and better joint health. If you have never tried it before, I would start with Bare Bones beef flavored and check out my Bone Broth Diet post. The beef flavor is super subtle and the instant mix makes it really easy to make and drink.

I also mix in some Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for extra collagen (I literally need all the help my skin can get). You obviously don’t need the extra collagen since bone broth already has a lot of collagen but if you do make sure to get one that also has hyaluronic acid in it for extra benefits.

I’m also still testing out all of my skincare products so I dont have any new recommendations BUT I do have a recommendation on hair products! First, is the heatless curler. This thing has been an absolute game changer for me from a time and hair health perspective. I literally spend 5 minutes wrapping my hair and 5 minutes taking it out and setting it with hairspray. Plus since it is heatless, there is like no hair damage! I also spray my hair with this in-between washes spray which I think helps keep the curls longer.

The second recommendation is the infamous K18 hair mask. So I haven’t tried it yet but have heard soooo many good things about it. It’s not cheap so I will be waiting until there is a Sephora sale so I can try it. I have been using Olaplex Bonding Oil Hair Mask and like it but interested to see how it compares to K18.
