Happy August! Before sharing the August 2023 backgrounds and wallpapers, my usual life update. I went to my retreat in early July and I am soooo happy I went. I was debating even going up until the week before because I knew I was going to have to lean into a lot of things I have been avoiding and the thought of doing that was honestly nauseating.
