I know I have been slacking the past few months on my posts but there has been a reason why! Since last November, I have been feeling really exhausted and tired. When I say tired and exhausted I mean, sleep for nine hours, take a two hour nap and still be tired. After a visit to the doctors office and some blood work, I found out that I have a vitamin deficiency which was causing me to feel tired 24/7. I am in the process of getting my vitamin levels to where they need to be and hopefully in a few weeks I will be feeling back to normal!
